The Role

Help build a team of A-Players at ENVER.

What You'll Do

• •Map candidate markets and build high-impact sourcing strategies
• •Source, engage and assess exceptional candidates across priority roles
• •Create compelling outreach and employer-brand campaigns that attract top talent
• •Own recruitment end to end, from role brief and interviews through to signed offer
• •Improve the quality, speed and consistency of every hiring cycle

• •Strong track record recruiting across games, technology and creative roles
• •Skilled in sourcing and engaging senior, hard-to-reach talent
• •Experience managing recruitment processes in fast-growing companies
• •Fluent in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms and sourcing tools
• •Sharp candidate judgement and a strong read on the talent market

• •Experience recruiting for mobile or free-to-play game studios
• •Background hiring across art, design or other creative disciplines
• •Comfortable using AI tools to improve sourcing and recruitment workflows
• •Experience shaping candidate outreach and employer-brand messaging
• •Fluency in more than one language
