Information We Collect

At Enver Studio, we collect the following information as part of using our Applications:

• Meta/Oculus UUID: Used for leaderboards within the game for comparing scores.
• Meta/Oculus Username: Used for leaderboards within the game for comparing scores.
• Score: Race times, highscores, and other data collected for leaderboards within the game for score comparison.
• Information from the Meta/Oculus Leaderboard API: Includes UUID, Username, and associated leaderboard statistics used for in-game leaderboards.
• Information from the Meta/Oculus Achievements API: Used to display completed achievements within the game.

Parental Verifiable Consent

Before collecting, using, or disclosing personal information from a child age 12 or younger, we obtain parental verifiable consent as required by COPPA. If personal information is collected before parental consent, the personal information collected is for the sole purpose of contacting the parent in order to get verifiable consent. This personal information will be deleted if Enver Studio does not receive consent within a reasonable time.

In Enver Studio’s parental consent form, we ensure:

• Parents are aware Enver collected their online contact information so Enver can obtain their consent.
• Parents are aware that parent consent is required for the collection, use, or disclosure of personal information collected from the child, and that Enver won’t collect, use, or disclose any personal information from the child without the parent's consent.
• Parents are aware of any additional items of personal information Enver intends to collect from the child and other ways for the child to disclose personal information if the parent provides consent.
• Parents have access to an easily accessible hyperlink to Enver’s privacy policy.
• Parents are aware of the ways parents can provide verifiable consent for the collection, use, or disclosure of personal information collected from the child.
• Parents are aware that if they don’t provide consent within a reasonable time, Enver will delete their online contact information from your records.

We use the following methods reasonably designed to ensure that the person giving consent is the child's parent, including:

• Consent Form: Parents may sign an online or physical consent form and send it back to us via fax, mail, or electronic scan.
• Government-Issued ID: Parents may provide a copy of a government-issued ID, which we check against a database.
• Credit Card or Online Payment: Parents may use a credit card, debit card, or other online payment system providing notification of each transaction.

User & Parents Rights

Parents have ongoing rights with respect to the personal information collected from their children:

• Review: Parents can review their child's personal information.
• Revocation of Consent: Parents can revoke their consent and refuse further collection or use of their child's information.
• Deletion: Parents can request the deletion of their child's personal information.

We take reasonable steps to ensure we are dealing with the child's parents when addressing these requests.

We collect information from the Meta/Oculus Leaderboard API and Achievements API for the sole purpose of enhancing the in-game experience, including but not limited to in-game leaderboards and displaying completed achievements. We do not use this information for external analytics or marketing purposes.

By using our Applications, You agree to the use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including compliance with COPPA.

Data Security

We employ robust security measures, including encryption methods and access controls, to protect the collected data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

Data Retention Period

All collected data, including leaderboard information, is retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy. Once the data is no longer needed, it is securely disposed of.
